想請問 各位巨肌
有想嘗試用單槓引體向上來練背
現在情況是卡在第一下都未能成功
到一定高度 就會卡死
覺得再怎出力 都無法再攀升了
重點是“些許”的高低肩 肩膀歪掉
(左偏低 手歪)
請問是因為左右力量不均嗎
有聽過一個說法
引體肩膀也佔很重要的成分
是我肩膀不夠有力關係嗎
現在很怕的是肩膀不是正的…
自己看越來越覺得 立正站前後程度不一
有請走過看過的都不吝於賜教 謝謝!!
