嗨,我肯德基大大啦
引體向上到當完兵還一下都拉不上去
直到認識「澳式引體向上」這個背部最基本的動作後
才有進一步了解。
一直以來都搞錯方向,做了一堆「推」的動作
像伏立挺身、臥推等等
「拉」這個動作,才是發展背部肌群的基本動作。
如划船、澳式引體向上等等
以「澳式引體向上」
找高度接近胸口單槓,腳不離地呈45度做拉的動作
第一目標拉30次 達成後
第二目標加大角度30次 達成後
第三目標手臂張舉從最寬、適中、到兩手貼緊
第四目標正握反握
基本上一套四目標的動作做完幾天就能拉個2~5下
引體向上很多都是沒去開發背部肌群才做不上去
「澳式引體向上」非常適合初學者入門。
不用繳費、不用買器材、小公園單槓就能練習
祝大家都是單槓高手或成泰山
