三餐內容
早餐:早餐店 香雞堡+無糖綠茶
午餐:自助餐我都是夾青菜較多,再一塊瘦肉XD
晚餐:和午餐差不多,偶爾會吃豬肉泡菜飯
其他:晚上肚子餓會喝小七低糖豆漿+茶葉蛋
日常作息時間:八點半起床 十二點到一點睡覺
生活型態:學生
運動習慣:
吃完早餐會去健身房踩腳踏車30分鐘,迴轉速大約100,心跳大約120
踩完之後會去作重訓(轉體練側腹肌的那種機器 Torso rotation) 1組20下,做四組
作完重訓再去踩腳踏車 條件與之前一樣
踩完腳踏車又作重訓 一樣做四組
收操。(全部過程約一個半小時)
下午則是游泳,蛙式與自由式交替 40 min 大約1000m
晚上睡覺前則是騎河濱公園 公館到政大 四十分鐘內完成 約20km
我的問題:(請將您主要的疑問陳述於此)
之前寫論文時很苦悶 超愛喝酒,每天睡前一定喝兩杯伏特加入睡
(超愛俄羅斯伏特加的酒鬼)
最近覺得不能再這樣下去,應該要改善一下
因此開始了這一系列的減肥生活(但是一個禮拜還是會喝一次啦....小小偷懶一下XDDDD)
這樣生活型態大約持續兩周(從本來89kg瘦到現在86kg),但是很常肚子餓
往往吃完主餐之後一到兩小時又會肚子餓了.....相當困擾。
目前解決方法是 吃完主餐若肚子餓就喝豆漿XD
