怎麼找回跑步的動力 - 健身

先說一下 原po 26歲 現在 165/77 基代 1650 的男生
剛進大學那年 也差不多這個體重
就靠著慢跑 飲食控制瘦到 60
當然那段時間是快樂時候 買衣服褲子穿至少不會到憋
而且 瘦下來很有成就感 每個人都問我怎做的
我也只是簡單回答 "少吃多動"
不過大概聽過的人 回答一聲 "喔" 不能理解
每天跑步的堅持 飲食不過量 的辛苦原則 尤其對一個愛吃胖子來說。
第二次減肥 是在我當完兵 到準備研究所
也是利用大學方法 去實行 也瘦了下來 !
第三次 也就是這次 考完研究所後 身材整個胖起來
遇到瓶頸了 !!!
突然對跑步的動力完全沒了 一整個覺得很累
但還是會逼自己去健身房 不跑步 快走 或 踩腳踏車也好
當然效果也就打折扣。
有人也會跟我遇過倦怠期嗎? 覺得跑步很累 提不起那個衝勁 !
