怎麼把二頭練得跟大腿一樣粗 - 健身

最近練二頭一直遇到瓶頸無法突破
小弟有做斜板彎舉跟啞鈴來練二頭
重量大概是雙手15kg,或是單手20P左右
做的時候力求姿勢標準,也有做慢跟達到頂峰收縮等要領
每組大概8~12下左右,組間休息30秒
初期有進步,有變大一些,但是之後就一直沒有再變粗,只有變硬
有試過加重重量做,但是每次都覺得重量加重,姿勢就不標準
做都沒有真正刺激到要刺激的肌肉,都會靠其他肌肉來撐
好比我加單手到25P或是30P,做慢姿勢標準
只能做五下就掛了,之後就開始甩來甩去
但是休息的時候又感覺好像沒力竭,可是再繼續做下一組
就馬上又舉不起來,大概做10~15組後,回家隔天休息,也不怎麼酸
不知道是哪邊訓練出問題,另外版友有人試過打類固醇嗎 ?
聽說阿諾還是史特龍有打類固醇,所以身材才有可能像浩克這麼大隻
要怎麼樣才能把手臂練的得跟大腿一樣粗呢 ?
