關於置底的肌耐力與肌力 - 健身

狀況:
我現在做20磅第一組可以做到12下
第2組只能做到9下
第3組6下
到第4組幾乎已經做不到肌力最低要求的6下了
這是指肌力
我想問說
1做肌力一組以6~12下來說..最少要做到幾組?這重量才適合我?
2如果是做肌耐力以15~20下來說..最少要做到幾組?這重量才適合我?
3我有朋友說練肌力每個部位練到3組就夠了?請問真的只需要到3組嗎?
4以照上面的狀況來說..我下個星期還要再加重量嗎?
還是像置抵文說的..我要開始加強我的肌耐力..我才有辦法把重量往上加
不然重量怎麼加..我可能會越來越困難做到我要的每組次數?
