三餐內容
早餐:豆漿+蛋餅
有時後比較晚起來的話,就是早中餐一起吃,幾乎都是吃炒飯
一個盒裝炒飯看餓不餓,大約會吃3分之2到全部都有可能
午餐:有吃早餐的話,中餐有時候只喝湯這樣
不然就是早午合併的炒飯
晚餐:偶爾吃滷味,一份高麗菜一份麵一點肉加上4顆貢丸
不然就是便當類的隨便吃,炸的烤的都不一定
其他:不喝飲料、沒吃宵夜、偶爾會在下午吃吃甜食這樣
日常作息時間:睡覺時間大約在晚上12點到隔天8到10點左右
早上8點到晚上7點左右會在實驗室
生活型態:研究生,但幾乎整天都是坐著
運動習慣:一個禮拜大約會去4天健身房,大約會有10-15分的跑步其他時間是重訓
去健身房的時間大約是1-1.5小時左右
沒去健身房的日子會在家裡跳有氧,有氧的影片是網路上抓的
一次大約30分只是現在做完不太累就是
然後每天晚上幾乎都會練腹肌,大約10分鐘左右
我的問題: 我大約是從9月中開始減肥到現在4個多月,從一開始的70公斤到現在的57

從照片來看臉是有比較瘦,但是我身旁的朋友一點都不這麼覺得= =
他們都覺得我臉好像幾乎都沒什麼變
而且最近體重好像也不太往下掉了,卡在57、58也兩個禮拜了
不知道是不是因為我最近重訓加強的關西
不知道有沒有讓臉比較快消下去的方法= =
還有如果我要讓體重繼續往下掉的話,是要減少我的食量嗎?
還是提高有氧的長度?因為我好像跳完有氧,不太喘、心跳感覺也沒有130
