: 「重訓最重要,而且要強壯到遠超過生活所需。」
: 其實就是一種充滿爭議的商業手法。
: 或許你比較笨,
: 看不出來他想傳達這樣的訊息,
: 但實際上他就是那個意思,
: 除了重訓,其他運動對抗老化都沒什麼價值。
: 至於其他什麼感覺、想法、經驗、所見所聞,

: 你要被何立安耍著玩,過分高估肌力的重要性,

: 但沒有重要到,非做高強度重訓不可,
: 甚至站在促進健康的觀點,
: 重訓反而是很沒效率的,
: 而只做重訓更是極其愚蠢。

我不知道這位版友是在故意斷章取義
還是有ADD之類的
看影片看到一半會恍神
何立安就說大重量訓練
「不是」拿1~5RM的重量做到極限
「不是」健力專項訓練
有保留次數
不拚到力竭
訓練目的是讓最大肌力緩緩的提升
讓老人有足夠的肌力跟孫子去公園玩
自己能照顧起居不用麻煩他人等等
這是有多難懂...
除了訓練容易監控抓劑量
其他活動難以估量控制
你的結論幾乎等於他的結論阿
為什麼要一直故意扭曲別人的意思
這樣是有什麼好處嗎?
