早餐:漢堡或火腿蛋三明治
午餐:有時不吃,不然就是7-11吃便當
晚餐:7-11,39元或49元的早餐組合

日常作息時間:11點到8點在睡覺
生活型態:上班族
運動習慣:一星期最少四天,時間1小時半至2小時
我的問題:我運動差不多兩個多月,我都是去健身房運動,但我的體重好像沒有什麼太大
的變化,手臂和肌肉是有一點改變,我去運動有三天是做重訓一天是做有氧,但我目前最
想要就是讓我的肚子瘦下來,但都無明顯的改變,各位大大們,是否我的飲食還是運動方
式要改變,目前最想瘦的就是這個肚子,我運動都是差不多8、9點結束,回到家還是會吃
水果(西瓜之類的)
