想請教白米與糙米的選擇 - 健身

如題,目前只想增重,脂肪甚麼的完全不在意,碳水目前在考慮要選白米還是糙米,查
過一些資料想確認一下。
白米因為gi值高,所以運動完後吃能讓血糖更快上升,肌肉也比較容易獲得營養,但這
樣胰島素負擔大,糖尿病風險也高?
不知道上述是否有錯,感謝。
