平常在家都是騎X-BIKE
心跳都控制在130~140/min左右
一個星期騎個3~4次 維持一個小時
這幾天到花蓮來找閃光(<=遠距離戀愛)
想說沒x-bike 就趁他值班的時候去他們學校操場跑步(慈濟大學)
明明晚餐已經吃了很豐盛的便當
雖然是素便當 但飯量很多 而且頗油(主菜是素肉燥)
平常這樣吃就算有騎x-bike也可以撐到凌晨1點都不會餓
但今天...6點吃完
8點開始跑 跑到9點 沒記跑多遠
心跳維持在150~180/min之間(聽high歌跑起來特別有力)
沒想到才11點肚子就餓了 重點是之前跑跑步機也沒餓這麼快(8km跑1 hour)
看來跑操場消耗的熱量比x-bike要多很多的樣子...
