我數學太爛了看不懂置底 - 健身

體脂率:18~24(這是我的疑問....)

三餐內容
早餐:常常沒再吃(在醫院太忙),茶葉蛋*2+肉包*1+咖啡
午餐:全部都是菜的自助餐便當+5~7顆水餃
晚餐:亂吃(量大概是1碗湯麵,或1碗肉燥飯+酸辣湯,30%沒吃完)
其他:喝很多咖啡,不一定有糖(一天大概7-11大杯2~3杯的量)
日常作息時間:(睡眠、工作、...等時間)
2點左右睡,8點起床,8:30~18:30在醫院實習
從上個月底重新開始運動,大概晚上9點~10:30左右
生活型態:(上班族、學生、體力工作者、運動員、...)
實習學生
運動習慣:(有氧運動請「務必」寫明心跳數、時間長短)
(仰臥起坐20下+正面抬雙腳20下+海狗20下)*3
跑步30-40min(不包括最前面的熱身和最後走路各5分鐘),心跳數130-150
橢圓機15min(當作緩和)
騎馬機15min(覺得有趣)
然後律動+練舞大概30min
我的問題:(請將您主要的疑問陳述於此)
1. 以前都用節食的方法減肥,導致基代低到不行(1150-1200左右)
看了這個版以後開始修正觀念,可是我還是不敢吃
這點想請問其他從節食跳來運動的女孩們是怎麼克服的...
我好有障礙
2. 我看不懂置底那個算多少體重要減多少體脂的公式...
研究很久了還是不懂為什麼要那樣乘...(真的很爛的數學
所以也沒辦法代我自己的數據進去算ˊˋ
請救救我
所以如果我現在50kg,體脂肪24,我想降到20%,要怎麼算?
3. 不同體脂計的誤差會很多嗎?
會這樣問,是因為之前我在中醫那邊量差不多20(2個月前)
那時候沒在運動也比現在重...
上個月開始我在健身房量那種有握把的,怎麼量都是18(昨天)
可是今天去康是美量24
感覺也差太多了,我該拿哪個當標準比較好?好像目標會有差欸...
4. 請大家建議我要如何調整作息和飲食
. 其實我以前滿規律的有在運動(一天跑6000然候練舞2-3小時)
結果後來失戀就整個人毀滅了,每天跟行屍ㄧ樣(遮臉
最近想振作,而且年紀也不小了覺得應該要好好建立健康的生活型態
雖然還是會有4開頭迷思(畢竟兩年前的我也才46...
希望大家能給我ㄧ些建議喔ˊˋ
