扎實的徒手訓練其實對新手初期整體幫助很大
但前提是伏地挺身要做的標準 (光是肩關節外旋或內旋就能讓你差很多)
並試著放慢你的速度
離心下去2秒向心上來1秒做 (初期其實最難抓的就是感受度)
或負重背背包塞原文書扛重物去做
而伏地挺身還有很多變化式 (Youtube上一堆請自己斟酌)
順便找找戶外公園的單槓做Pull ups或是雙槓Dips
對於你的背肌、二頭肌及三頭肌都很有幫助
看看練街頭健身的人手臂線條都超級威的就知道
但若是你真的非常想非常想非常想加強手臂的維度及線條的話(應該是非常想吧喂)
建議還是上健身房比較好
而我認為還是要排個Arm day來額外訓練手臂比較有效果
但其實新手還是建議大肌群練一練進步幅度就會超多
練久了因為邊際效益的關係請務必一定要排個Arm day (除非黑魔法那就另當別論)
至於課表菜單如果有人有興趣我有空再來分享 (其實就是彎舉而已然後訓練量多一點點)
