最近都參加一些有體測項目的考試,發現自己的體力跟肌力都不好,像扛40公斤沙包衝刺
拼速度我就直接掛掉,所以想重頭開始練起,那如果是這種項目需要練到哪些肌群呢?會
建議做什麼樣的訓練,我是沒打算花錢去健身房練,想用徒手加上啞鈴跟單槓方式練看看
