但看了內容充滿好奇
比如說背部,一天就只做一到兩個動作?
不是應該是練背,就集中練
練胸 ,就胸部集中練
硬舉跟深蹲練完,還有體力可以做其他那麼多動作
大家肝糖都好豐富
另外看了ig的影片,這些人硬舉真的有用臀部發到力嗎?
