新手重訓時間跟次數 - 健身

小妹接觸重訓約三個月,身高160體重58,之前翻船大扭後將近一年沒運動,測inbody肌
肉量教練說不像有運動的人,雖然可能本來就不多。
最近開始練習深蹲跟硬舉
用史密思機器做深蹲,20公斤15rm一組, 30公斤10rm兩組腳就沒力了,這樣練大概才15分
鐘,想請問各位先進這樣的訓練時間跟次數是正常的嗎?
為什麼有些人都可以練上一小時呀~~
不知道問這個會不會很白痴T_T
