暴食加上心態調整求解 - 健身

各位健人好
接下來要說一下是近期的心理狀況
希望能夠在此獲得一些解答
為了今年9月份的澎湖旅行
希望自己穿上泳衣時能夠有更好的體態
3月份開始
我調整了我的飲食
拒絕含糖飲料及加工食品
開始學會下廚、自己備餐
4月份開始運動並且加入健身房
期許自己能夠健健康康的運動減肥
還記得第一次測inbody
體脂肪33%
155/59kg
7月的時候再測一次inbody
達到體脂肪26%
155/55kg
體脂降了許多 肌肉量提升1.5kg
這三個月的過程中
我沒有一刻感到痛苦
甚至是非常快樂的執行這些過程
聽到這邊,感覺是值得開心的事吧!
但是我現在一點也不開心
8月中的時候,前任劈腿
澎湖旅行突然取消
前任突然的離開頓時讓我覺得
我這麼努力減脂、健身到底是為什麼
我現在的身材比以前瘦了、曲線更好看了
但又有什麼用了,感情沒了
澎湖不去,泳衣我也穿不到了
失戀到現在將近一個月已經回到58kg
我每天都是暴食的狀況,肚子沒塞滿就停不下來
到了隔天開始非常後悔,心理壓力非常大
吃下那些東西明明很有罪惡感,身體卻停不下來
每天都過的很痛苦,我真的好想改善現況
前幾天看了peeta葛哥的影片有說到減脂暴食的問題
但我最大的問題還是心理狀況的調整吧
我真的好討厭現在的自己
你們能告訴我在心情非常差的時候
怎麼維持自己的飲食嗎 謝謝各位
別人失戀是暴瘦...但我是爆胖啊 _
