最近好像很容易肚子餓 - 健身

本肥宅185/93 體脂肪20%
最近一週輪大夜班, 作息就是早上下班回去狂睡
下午去健身房流汗一下(去之前會隨意吃點東西)
結束後回到家先灌500 ml豆漿
再自煮晚餐
(大概2碗糙米飯+半盤全聯包裝的乾煎雞胸肉+一手掌青菜+荷包蛋)
休息一下就再去睡覺了
有時候會被餓醒, 或是醒來後覺得很餓
開始上班前會吃點消夜(便利商店咖哩飯之類微波食品)
但是還是很容易飢餓
今天是腿日, 下午練完後火大買了半隻7-11烤雞配啤酒
上班前還吃了一份大麥克餐(薯條換了沙拉)
(ps.因為工作性質的關係, 上班途中很難去補吃個甚麼)
現在上班一半不到又開始餓翻了 囧rz
這是指我還要再吃更多嗎? 或是飲食內容/方式再調整?
不然立志要瘦到85kg/體脂13%的目標越來越遙遠惹....
懇請各位巨巨不吝指點 (拜)
