幾年前在健身房有個教練教了我一個動作
大致上是
躺在躺椅上(跟臥推一樣)
雙手共同撐起一個啞鈴(大概在胸的正上方)
往頭頂正上方移動(90度移動)
再回來到胸的正上方(90度移動)
他說這動作可以練到很多肌群(主練背)
我到現在練背時還是會做這個動作
但是我在健身房從來沒看過有人做過
(除了那個教練還有看到我做也跟著做的幾個健身房認識的朋友)
想問一下版上
有人用這個動作在訓練的嗎?
