槓鈴臥推與啞鈴臥推 - 健身

小弟剛開始練啞鈴臥推一個半月
從一開始單側16kg 8RM
到現在單側24kg 8RM或26kg 5RM
算是有一點點進步 做完4組隔天奶子也蠻痠的
最近想變換一下嘗試槓鈴臥推
沒想到做雙側28kg含槓 竟然推兩下就不行了
奶子也完全沒感覺
我是臥窄的 下槓的位置都在奶頭下面一點點
也有注意全程前臂都盡量是垂直水平面的
想請問這麼大的落差是什麼妖術呢?
