各位巨巨大家午安!由於小弟沒PTT帳號 跟朋友借帳號代PO
小弟接觸健身半年了
平常都在民生社區的健身房健身
雖然從小喜歡打棒球 平時假日會跟朋友約投球
大學也參加壘球校隊跟著練習
但無奈體型還是偏瘦小
於是在朋友建議下開始去健身房
大多專注於特定肌群的練習
比如肩膀 二頭 三頭
有次跟朋友外出 聊天聊到我有上健身房的習慣 於是我們開始比三頭
我覺得我比他明顯 結果他說找天去健身房比賽臥推
重量看要自身體重乘以零點幾這樣 以示公平
但我覺得這樣很麻煩 不如比伏地挺身就好 也比較方便
但朋友堅持臥推比較公平
所以上來問各位巨巨 覺得伏地挺身跟臥推選一個
在兩個人體重不一樣的情況下 哪個比較公平呢?
