法式彎舉感受度不好 - 健身

小弟最近練三頭主要菜單是雙槓 繩索下拉 繩索過頭
有時候萵苣的CABLE比較不好搶 就會改用W槓做法式彎舉
但是覺得這個動作 似乎都在用肩膀在動作
三頭的參與反而很少 有時候三頭感覺還有力 卻舉不起來
想請教各位這個動作有什麼訣竅嗎
