想問一下各位
我本身是棒球校隊的一員
透過網路資訊的了解開始大力推廣重訓的重要性和正確做法
不過之前遇到一個接觸健身比較久的學長
他是建議說慢慢去矯正
盡量能達到正常步距 穩穩下去的深蹲為目標
才會進步比較快
但我發現普遍得人 包括我都會腳掌內傾跟腳掌隨著蹲下去向外八移動
我會比較疑問的是如果會這樣是不是不要逼迫自己腳掌向前好呢?
看到REX大大說的:太過度的矯正姿勢只會矯枉過正 感覺大概知道該如何了
但還是想看一下各位的看法
