深蹲膝蓋問題 - 健身

小弟健身斷斷續續已經一年了,最近開始認真訓練了,只是有時候深蹲暖身的時候,膝蓋
外側會有痛的感覺,但是重量做上去60以上,痛的感覺又消失了,昨天心血來潮跑了11k
的馬拉松,過程中左腳膝蓋又開始不舒服,到今天下樓梯都會有明顯的感覺,走路倒是沒
有什麼感覺,請問這樣算是膝蓋受傷了嗎?如果看醫生是找骨科就好嗎?
