深蹲要做1RM還是10RM - 健身

忘了之前在哪看到說多關節運動要做大重量少次數比較好
所以我雖然大部分都以肌肥大10RM為主但硬舉深蹲就都做1RM為主
但今天在蹲的時候就有巨巨來跟我說 我做太重了 蹲10RM左右比較好
板上查一些深蹲之類的好像也沒特別講
所以要做大重量還是10RM 比較好
