減肥所需的水量 - 健身

As title,
今天和一位健身教練聊天,
她提到減肥的幾個要點包含-
1.均衡營養的補充
2.飲食熱量的控制
3.喝水/運動的習慣
飲食熱量需達到每天的基礎代謝熱量,
另外就是我想問的,
他說每天要喝的基本標準水量是:體重*50cc
要減肥所需水量是:體重*70cc
所以小弟算了一下 目前78*70 = 5460...
跟我所認真的每天需喝水2~3千cc有所不同
然後他還跟我說每個小時建議喝4~500cc的水量
我很好奇這樣不會水中毒嗎...
請問專業的版友們這樣的觀念正確嗎?
