體重:77.2(前兩天 在家用電子磅秤量.不要嚇到!因為我量時也嚇到了)
BMI:27.68%
體脂率:36.7
三餐內容
早餐:長久以來都是喝某家代餐+麥片=大約100大卡
午餐:一個便當+一顆水果
晚餐:長久以來還是喝某家代餐+水果
其他:沒有吃宵夜的習慣
日常作息時間:12點半前一定上床 一點前一定會睡著
因為要上課所以7點30左右會起床
平常都沒啥在運動
生活型態: 學生
現在不是最胖的時候
以前國中78kg(也不是最胖的時候)但是那時有靠少吃和運動瘦8-10kg
但因為沒有克制又變回原來的體重><
上高中後因為過得太開心結果...85kg(That's right!就是這時最重!)
高二因為有喜歡的人就...靠節食瘦到了76,75kg左右就停住了
因為同學的介紹 我就去吃代餐 第一個月很神奇 瘦了"6kg"
但後來就都停住在68-69kg 因為大學考試就很努力讀書 最瘦就是那時拉~
那時有65-66kg 上大學後一年級先胖5kg(大約70kg) 二年級住宿又胖2-3kg
因為一直有吃代餐(其實我們家是直銷商但是只有我們家自己吃也沒有推銷什麼的)
後來受不了想說找上線問問看 有吃過的人應該會聽說有種是整個禮拜只喝代餐
其實現在想想太恐怖了 一天只有800大卡!!!
為啥我這樣說? 因為我真的有一個禮拜都喝代餐過!!
那個禮拜真的有瘦"2kg"!
其實那時有去運動 但上線說"千萬不要運動!!到時運動完你一吃東西馬上胖"
然後我傻傻的就聽他的話 最後...體重就直線上升
其實我後來只是改變早餐的習慣 吃了早餐一陣子就狂肥!!!!!
最近我才爬美體相關板 才發現其實一直用錯方法
雖然我可能不會完全斷掉代餐
運動習慣:
以前都沒運動
現在會去運動 每天至少1-1.5小時 都是在健身房 心跳數每分鐘130下以上
我的問題:
請大家給我些建議 我想改變飲食習慣
可是我是外食族 因為在學校住宿沒得選擇><"
可以告訴我早餐和晚餐該如何改變
目前基代大約1400-1500 (有點久沒測)
