一開始想減肥的原因
被嫌太胖當時最重是80公斤

瘋狂有氧跟節食
減了一陣子就卡住
之後加入健身房
開始重訓、
飲食控制(減醣)
飲食就三餐都要蔬菜、蛋白質、好的澱粉、堅果…等等補充好油,大多自己煮
