很久沒拉單槓
昨天拉完發現比滑輪下拉酸很多
是因為我滑輪做太輕了嗎?
我身高181 體重72~73 BMI 22.3
硬巴底inbody體脂數據是15%
骨骼肌35kg
單槓也沒練很多下,直上直下就 9 5 2
隔天斜方很痠,反而滑輪下拉都沒啥感覺
滑輪下拉我都是拉 70 80 90 100 90 90 80
重量應該是磅(?
是不是滑輪下拉要更重一點?
還是組數多一點?
有時候覺得太重感受度不大
都覺得在用二頭代償
