hi!各位板友,又過去半年多了,來分享一下這些時間健身過程的開心與難過

8月照丑見諒
7月到11月
運動方面
運動依舊是保持一周4到5次.但開始加入腹部及三角肌中後束的動作.也因孩子快出生,在
公司時間也隨著加班變多,導致去健身房時間變少,所以只能多利用上班時間在公司運動,
除了背以外會練胸跟腿.
胸的做法是俯立挺身.靠著椅子or桌子來做到上中下胸位置都可以操到的俯立挺身.約各部
位五組.一組20下以慢速度做.若不夠充血還會多做幾組
腿則是做自體深蹲.自重熱身夠會拿公司滅火器or大板手加重來蹲.組數一組二十下約做十
到十五組.參雜分腿蹲.或是用拖板車昇高做踏階.
飲食方面
大致跟之前一樣.但熱量吃到2000到2200卡.蛋白質160g以上

10月拍的
11月到12月
在11月初做完公司體檢,體重71.6kg.體脂21.4%前年的重度脂肪肝完全消失了.幫我照超音
波的護士都驚訝在問我做什麼了(偷笑xd)
運動從寶寶出生後就停下來...經濟考量向公司請了35天假期.老婆因胎盤前置所以剖腹產
.接下來日子每天上市場買菜.洗菜.做月子餐.熬湯.整理家務.打掃洗衣.寶寶洗澡.洗屁屁
.換尿布哄睡都一手包辨除了親餵沒有...也是這到月子做完才開始運動...
飲食相當混亂寶寶出生後忙沒辨法準備自己的飲食.只能跟月子餐吃或省事一點直接吃外
面便當.或是忙起來一天吃一餐...

11月停運動前
說了這些.說說難過的事.老天愛開玩笑.老婆生產前可以做的產檢都做了.當時最擔心是右
腎肥大.可能水腎(腎不好對女孩兒很傷!)醫生說只能等寶寶出生後追蹤檢查並無法做什麼
事.當寶寶出生後將所有新生兒可做的檢查都做.最擔心的水腎並沒有出現很正常.但醫生
確告知心臟部份有心室中隔破損.也是心破了一個洞...是先天性心臟病的一種(有三種類
形.最嚴重出生立即要開刀.可googel了解)
那天知道後夫妻倆在病房掉淚...各種情緒湧上心頭...總覺得上天真的給寶寶很多磨難.
她還這麼小若是可以我真的願意代替寶寶身上的缺憾...

12月到現在
運動
做完太太的月子上班後.回到了健身房後胸背腿第一天.都是酸疼到不行.而重量也下滑到
之前三分之二.直到現在也還沒恢復到完全,做完月子之後訓練由於重量上不去,都改由輕
重量去感受肌肉.運動天數也改為一周三天
飲食也沒完全回復正常之前有板友來信詢問從116到71kg體重減下來皮膚狀況我直接po但
慎點

當你從很肥胖減了4x公斤大約就是這樣.做棒式時皮膚鬆弛垂下跟海帶一樣
回首過去一年半多減肥過程,最初的動機達成了.也開心在板上依能不中斷的獲取知識讓弱
弱的肥宅.也能把運動變習慣.酸痛變日常.兩人變三人.讓平凡更幸福.
寶寶在上次的心臟檢查中是最好的第三類形.肌肉缺損可在一兩歲自我修復,再未來也希望
女兒可以健康長大,而今年也希望可到達目標15%體脂,附上健康的米娜^^~
