熱量需求差異 自煮怎麼辦 - 健身

不曉得這問題能不能在這討論QQ
本身非常需要減脂,
除了規律重訓以外,
飲食控制通常都是利用自煮掌握熱量,
自煮習慣就是健身板好寶寶流派,
蛋白質原型食物纖維無油烹調,
原味堅果補油質。
但男友完全是過瘦人,
食量不大消化又不好,
最近想要煮飯給男友吃就有點苦惱,
因為碰面時間蠻長、未來也考慮同居,
按照自己的需求煮飯絕對沒辦法讓他長肉,
想請問大家有沒有類似的經驗,
通常都是怎麼解決呢?
難道一頓飯要分兩次煮,
還是有什麼好方法呢QQ
