前面好像有開兩團 不過都沒跟到

所以我就決定要自己開 哈哈哈

小弟先自介一下

小弟是個27歲的歡樂大胖子

從小胖到現在 完全沒打算要減肥

自從去年被甩後 立志要減肥變身型男

人生最胖的的紀錄是183CM/150KG

去年3月剛開始減的時候是126KG-->3個月後就變成112KG

這期間主要是每天去健身房上2HR的戰鬥有氧和站著騎的飛輪

6月後就好像整個撞牆到現在......現在是115KG左右

這1.2個月有開始做一些重訓

希望新的一年可以正式擺脫胖子的稱號!!!!!
