說要發文在肌肉沙灘版又怪怪的
不知道這裡討論可不可行?
我的職業算是要常搬那種紙箱裝貨的東西
常搬的最重箱子大概30公斤(通常都21左右)
可能習慣了 不會有難受感覺
也有跟父親去其他地方搬過那種用麻布袋內裝金屬零件
這種就大概40多公斤 一次都要搬個300包
而我習慣用雙手抱著胸前的搬法 不是扛到肩上
挑戰性就高了多些
會喘 搬完後手也會發抖
不知道以一個青年男子來說
能搬起多少公斤才稱的上強者?
沒抱過人~!
其實有懷疑說就算是一個女生
那我就抱的起來嗎?
不然請教一下大家能搬起的最大重量好了XD
