我身高172,之前的體重是57kg
一直以來我都屬於那種吸收比較差吃不胖的類型
去年去美國因為餐餐大魚大肉胖到62.4
去量inbody時的結果真是慘不忍睹~
骨骼肌26.4kg
脂肪14.7
體脂23.6%
成為名符其實的泡芙人了
在那之後就開始會上健身房
到現在約一年的時間
目前體重64kg
骨骼肌29
脂肪12
體脂率還是超過20%
飲食方面也都蠻有控制不要吃油脂或澱粉過高的了
可是脂肪好像就掉不太下去了
肌肉量也一直卡著上不太去
瘦子增肌是不是真的都很困難啊
補一下菜單跟飲食,
一週平均大概三練,胸背腿平均,
目前握推大概54kg 深蹲90
吃的部分蛋白質會攝取到100g左右
含糖飲料的話就是運動完會喝低糖豆漿這樣
但最近也有人建議我運動完那一餐可以喝個兩杯那種餐廳的含糖古早味紅茶
