心血來潮請健身房的夥伴幫忙拍了兩段 ... 自己練5x5的影片
順便看看自己動作,接觸健力也兩個月了
不過今天狀況不是很好
臥推5x5最後一組的最後一下推不上去
好在有位大大衝過來幫我補起來,特別感謝他,不知道是不是鄉民XD
心情也有點受影響 ... 5天前 72.5kg臥推5x5感覺不怎麼困難
今天只加了2.5最後一下就fail Orz
而且肩推Overhead press也受影響,推上次的重量就很吃力
傳統硬舉 67.5kg

自己觀察:
有點沒力,最後一組
起來那一瞬間有感覺核心跟闊背肌有垮掉,背彎掉
臥推 75kg

自己觀察:
最後兩下明顯歪掉,左邊沒力
向心出力時,還是覺得用腳去驅動施力沒什麼幫助
是否要把整個身體拱的更彎去出力?
