之前在Formosa fitness學過槓鈴課程,大致上都是自己練,還有一陣子大腿、髖關節和
胸小肌受傷,導致都砍掉重練XDD
請大家多多指教,自己看是背沒夾的很緊,肩膀有點往前帶了。

這是最後一組 後來手就算有綁拉力帶還是沒力了
