硬舉陰陽握時夾緊闊背肌的方法? - 健身

雖然我硬舉目前沒有闊背肌夾部緊的問題,但還是想問看看
就是之前看到一個夾緊闊背肌的方法,是把手肘內側往外轉,像是要把槓朝小腿的方法折
彎的感覺
但是這只適合雙手正握的握法(臥推似乎也適用?我臥推會這樣夾)
而陰陽握我就沒找到相關的tip,想上來問看看各位有沒有看過什麼適合陰陽握硬舉的tip?
還是只能夠在訓練前先想辦法啟動闊背肌?
