第一個是這個
這張圖是雙手正握,操作者自己看到的景象
我在網路上看到的闊背肌夾緊教學影片,是把雙手順著藍色箭頭的方向轉
但問題是,這個動作不是外旋嗎?為什麼是闊背肌會夾緊?還是我有什麼搞錯了?

第二個是這個
這是陰陽握的情形,右手正握應該也是順著藍色箭頭的方向轉
但左手反握的話要朝紫色或綠色箭頭的方向轉呢?
紫色的話不就雙手是朝不同(內/外)的方向轉了?
綠色的話,反握繼續這樣轉感覺很卡@@轉不太過去
