第一次騎小摺 膝蓋上方的位置很痛 - 減肥

我今年開始,發現自己膝蓋不太好,上下樓梯會痛,
連盤腿坐也會痛,後來更嚴重到早上起床下床也會痛,
大概是不堪負荷長年超標的體重,終於決定向我抗議了 = =
這才驚覺我的體重影響的已經不只是外觀,不減真的不行了...
這中間也經歷過錯誤的過程(等往後有機會再po文分享),
可惜太晚發現這個版,多繞了遠路,最終發現減肥還是得靠運動,
然而我的膝蓋已經出現問題,不適合跑步(其實我也不喜歡跑步XD)
幾經思考,最後決定騎小摺(因為相較於游泳,花費會比較低XD)
昨天車子剛到手,在市區騎了一段路,我剛google了地圖,
總共其實也才騎8公里多,不知道是因為下午太陽蠻大的關係,
還是太久沒運動,我剛騎不到15分鐘,心跳就超過每分鐘120下了,
其間並沒有騎的特別快,因為是在市區,也跟著紅燈走走停停,
我測了三次,10秒*6,15秒*4,30秒*2,大約都在125~135下/分
這其實讓我有點訝驚,本來以為騎腳踏車不太費力,我又騎的不快,
應該不太容易達到120下/分,沒想到我才騎一下子,讓已經氣喘如牛,
不過實在太久沒運動了,體力很差,很快我就騎累,就....溜回來了 ~"~
嗯,以上是廢話很長的前言,後面才是我要問的重點.....
晚上9~10點,我開始覺得膝蓋上方有點痛,一直到睡覺前,變的更嚴重,
痛的位置很奇怪,不是平常上下樓梯那種膝蓋關節痛,而是膝蓋上面在痛,
到半夜幾乎痛到我沒辦法睡,一直到快早上那個痛才比較舒緩....
今天一整天,膝蓋上方還是隱隱作痛,這個位置的痛,真的沒有過,
我也不確定,是不是運動後的那種肌肉痠痛(總覺得痛感不太一樣),
想請問大家,這是正常的嗎?
還是因為我騎小摺的姿勢or用力點錯誤?
ps.我有把椅墊調整到踏到底膝蓋微彎的高度....
