大家好
肥宅最近練的時候
相同重量下第一組可以做個十下
第二組卻掉很快 有時可能只剩下六下
第三組可能掉到四下
這樣是重量太重了嗎?
之前用比較輕的重量 沒有掉的這麼快
還是做比較重的重量需要把組間休息時間拉長呢?
