維持身體健康的運動 - 健身

大家好
小時候因為讀書的關係 常常沒有規律運動
上大學以後覺得體力越來越差 最近一個月開始想要規律運動維持身體機能
我運動的目的不是為了減肥或練出肌肉 只是想單純讓身體不要衰弱太快
以維持身體機能和增進心肺功能為目標 希望能降低得到慢性病的效果
目前是以小時候學到的333運動法為目標
原本會到操場跑跑步跟跳繩 但是發現常常動不到30分鐘就受不了了
而且北部常常下雨 沒辦法太規律
後來發現宿舍有提供簡易的室內健身腳踏車器材
目前是每兩三天就去宿舍提供的健身室報到
每次大概踩40分鐘左右 心跳有維持在130以上
請問這樣的運動模式是否可以達到我希望的目標? 還是其實強度不太夠?
或是請問有其他建議? 感謝!
