我從去年四月開始減肥 靠規律的運動 沒有少吃~
不過我減肥進度也會跟我一起放暑假
去年穩定去健身房的日子 4~6月 中間回台灣自我放假
接著就到11月~現在
雖然瘦得很慢 但我也從83kg瘦到71.5(量到最瘦的時候)
正想說好好繼續加油~ 努力到六字頭時
遇到了交論文的時間 大概有半個月 沒辦法穩定運動
也有一餐沒一餐的! 不過只要當天沒什麼吃 忙完的隔天就會吃比較多!
最近都是這樣的狀況~
&交完論文後這陣子有喝比較多酒跟飲料 小小犒賞一下自己~
7月開始 我的體重大約都維持在72左右 7月中量到最低是71.4
正開心自己有穩定的變瘦 沒想到!!!
今天早上 體重居然到74.9 (可能跟生理期來也有關係)
我體重...也上升的太快了吧!!
一沒有規律運動 加上可能吃比較多又喝酒 體重就直直上升
好傷心~~
實在是有點嚇到 這次生理期結束後我會努力運動
&再次跟飲料與垃圾食物說再見
不過有個很大的危機...我畢業了!
八月底即將回美麗的寶島台灣
已經快一年沒回台灣 超級想念各種美食與小吃
按照這種情況 實在很怕把之前減的通通還回去啊 淚~
維持體重真的不簡單啊...
