練不結實的原因? - 健身

各位前輩好,
小弟已年過30,目前一週練兩次,一次兩小時。不算很勤勞也持續好幾年了(中間荒廢過
2-3年,最近一年才開始練回來)
目前遇到的問題是肌肉練起來已有線條,看起來也有點肉量,但摸起來都是軟的(即使出
力)。 手臂、胸肌就算出力摸起來也不結實,軟軟的。
記得幾年前(20-24歲)的時候,那時練起來肌肉可以感覺是結實的。
這是為什麼呢? 難道是因為年紀大了?

目前簡易菜單如下:
一天:背(三個動作,每個動作5-6組,一組十二下)+肩(四個動作,每個動作3-5組,
一組12下)+二頭(兩個動作,每個動作3-6組,一組十二下)
一天:胸(三個動作,每個動作5-6組,一組12下)+腿(三個動作,每個動作6組,每組1
2下)+三頭(兩個動作,每個動作5組,一組12下)
