練腿但敗\在心肺 - 健身

不知道大家有沒有這樣的經驗
小弟剛開始練幾個月
本身很喜歡練腿,特別是拿著啞鈴做弓箭步前行 walking lunges
不只股四頭有感,對於臀大肌跟大腿後肌 hamstring 感覺也不錯,
還有就是心跳率也會增加很快
但是練腿跟練手最大的差別就是,
練手幾乎都會練到力竭,練到幾乎連一下都抬不起來,然後拿水杯都在抖,
整個肌肉 pump 感十足才肯罷休,
但是練腿很多時候是,大概第二組,第三組的時候,心跳會提高到接近 160
這時候體力的消耗就會明顯,休息的時間就會開始變長,不然根本喘到站不起來,
有時候做完四組之後,感覺腿大概還有 30 % ~ 40 % 的力量還沒用完,
但是體力,心肺跟身體的疲勞度卻已經達到 120 % 了
請問大家有遇過這樣的問題嗎?
小弟不菸不酒,不愛跑步做有氧,但是心肺功能也都還 OK,
當兵 3000 也都跑大概 14 ~ 15 分,沒有到很差,
大家對於這種狀況可以給甚麼意見嗎?
