大家有這樣子嗎?
每次練完胸肌後騎車
遇到顛坡震動 胸部都會抖 感覺突然自己變女生一樣....
可是我胸肌沒很大塊
才剛練一個多月而已
而且這兩周因為學校體育館蓋好了要遷移健身房
所以沒地方練 直到今天才去內湖運動中心
之前胸肌可以弄30磅 到今天居然20磅像兩周前弄40磅的感覺...
真的差那麼多喔...肌耐力...
