練胸的課表已經讓我停滯不前 - 健身

最近胸練到有點卡關
以下是我的課表,希望各位先進可以指點我迷津
啞鈴平板臥推 30kg 8rm x5組 組間休息2分鐘
啞鈴上胸臥推 25kg 8rm x5組 組間休息1分半
固定式器材飛鳥夾胸 40kg 12rm+ 25kg 15rm x5組 組間休息1分半
Cable下胸推 30kg 12rm x5組 組間休息1分
Cable 上胸推 15kg 12rm x5組 組間休息1分
雙槓撐體 6rm x5組 組間休息45秒
回到家後我還會做12下伏地挺身10組
一個禮拜兩次,照著以上的課表練
飲食的部分每天蛋白質都有吃到體重的2~2.2倍
因為之前減脂已經習慣18/6斷食的關係
現在也維持著這樣的飲食習慣
吃跟練都有顧到的情況下
胸的部分大概已經有1、2個月沒什麼進步了
還是我應該把啞鈴臥推改為大重量的槓鈴臥推?
不知道各位巨巨怎麼看
