小弟我健身新手
最近練二頭的時候,都按照課表,跑完,最後再加個小重量的啞鈴拉到沒力
練完基本上都會充血,可是洗澡完之後,就消下去了,感覺像是沒健身過,不知道各位巨
巨們,手臂充血後會不會這麼快就消下去
