肌肉長不大 - 健身

各位前輩好 小弟已經健身將近半年
都是在家裡徒手訓練
至於菜單就 abs8分鐘 或其他網路菜單+上100下伏地挺身
一週大約3-5天 每次將近1小時
運動前會先喝500cc左右的鮮奶
線條是有比較明顯一點點但無奈
肌肉好像都沒變大(首重腹肌)
飲食方面 早餐 :鮪魚蛋土司+牛奶或麵包
中餐:便當
晚餐:煮什麼吃什麼(盡量多吃肉跟蛋白質類)飯後還會吃水果
這樣有什麼地方該改善嗎?
