肢障 胸 肩 不對稱 - 健身

因為本身右手肢障的原因
導致在做器械時會有高度不一的狀況
而舉啞鈴右手又常常會抓不住
自己在日常生活中或是打籃球會常常強迫自己用右手(非慣用手)來施力
不過肩 胸不對稱的狀況還是頗嚴重
請問各位有什麼可以根據我肢體障礙的狀況而改善不對稱的方法嗎?
