如題
本沒有肥宅已經健身第二年了,已經沒有水腫問題了,但是肥油還是很多減不下來
吃的東西就無炸、少油少鹽少糖,只吃原型食物,以前有輕微糖尿病不碰飲料,有盡量攝取
只是一個禮拜只有練兩次,全身都有練,每次去練必練深蹲、硬舉、槓鈴臥推
隔一個禮拜練二三頭、背、肩,核心很少練,沒有做有氧
舉例:
週六練深蹲、臥推
週日練硬舉、(二三頭、背、肩輪流)
除了硬舉跟深蹲是大重量外,其他動作都會做15~20下,每個動作都做10組左右
今年端午過完就沒連假了,也沒有打算晚上去擠,所以還是維持一週兩練
